Italian construction and real estate live on Excel, WhatsApp and management software designed 15 years ago. Every worksite is a small company on its own, with its attendances, progress reports, inspections and non-conformities. Traditional CRMs don't talk to the site; site management tools don't talk to sales; AI agents stay outside the loop.
WorkSiteCRM is born to close this triangle. It's the first Italian CRM designed to be AI-native: ready-made skills, extensible MCP connectors, a premium Gantt that understands contractual baselines and site weather, and a multi-tenant data model that puts GDPR security first.
Castaldo Solutions
Castaldo Solutions is an AI and CRM consulting boutique for C-Level executives, based in Milan (Piazza IV Novembre, 4), founded in 2020 by Gaetano Castaldo. We are Il Sole 24 Ore Partners, TOGAF® certified, and we turn digital strategy into measurable ROI for enterprise and Italian SMB companies.
We build on Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres and n8n; we design AI workflows with Claude, MCP, LangChain and custom pipelines; we implement Salesforce CRM for enterprise clients and build vertical SaaS products like this one.
WorkSiteCRM is Castaldo's flagship product for construction and real estate, born from direct experience on Italian worksites and refined sprint after sprint together with those who run them every day.

The public roadmap
We publish the updated product roadmap every quarter, with what we've shipped, what we're building and the gaps we're closing versus international CRMs. Our goal is that Italian construction shouldn't have to choose between a badly translated foreign CRM and a fifteen-year-old Italian management tool.
